2 Christmas parties today

Today we were in full Christmas celebration mode, as we had not one, but two events.

This morning was the Christmas party of our son's school. It was enjoyable to participate in this as a family. We met or got to know better some of the parents of his classmates, so it was a good networking event.

He loves wearing a red Santa hat that I received somewhere in the past. He has claimed it as his now. As I saw him wearing it, it reminded me of my father, who also enjoys wearing a Santa hat. Grandpa A. would be proud of this tradition being passed down to his grandson.

This afternoon we went to a Christmas concert and open house at les Orphelins d'Auteuil. This is where our friends Charles and Magali work. Charles leads choirs here. My wife got to sing in the choir today, which was great.
