Mission Radicale Leaders Meeting

This morning was one of Mission Radicale's occasional meetings for leaders of different youth groups and ministries. It was great to be with others who have a vision for this generation of youth. There were about 15 of us there.

Francis Dognon came back from Dieppe in Normandy to lead the meeting. He's definitely still the face of Mission Radicale. We're looking at doing a Saturday event in March 2006.

Francis said that he believes that the projects in France that God will really bless are those where different organizations and different churches work together. That's an idea worth reflecting on.

David Chour has developed some prelimary videos based on the July 2005 conference. While they need fine tuning, it was enjoyable to see the different faces and events from this conference. I'll post some of this footage on my web site.

Isaac was at the meeting. He seems to be doing well so far. While he didn't understand some of what was said at the meeting, it was still good for him to be present. He and David ended up having lunch together, which is great, as I hope to see Isaac connect relationally with many people as early as possible.

Jim Beise gave a short explanation about la Fonderie. Jonathan Boulet shared about Gramofone, a ministry with a vision to do concerts and other interdenominational events. I was glad to have both of them there, as the arts are invaluable for touching this generation of youth.
