Good blog on leadership in cross-cultural settings

I just came upon a newsletter titled "Pilgrims in Progress" from Jim & Carol Plueddemann. Jim was a professor of mine in graduate school in the mid 1980s whose course "Philosophy of Ministry" indelibly marked my view and manner of doing ministry. He was head of a large cross-cultural ministry agency for 10 years, then "retired" from it to become head of the cross-cultural ministries department of a large seminary. Except for being a Michigan State Spartan fan and drinking...Jolt cola while teaching, his thinking is very correct.
