Live from Rapid City, South Dakota

We arrived at my wife's parents' home yesterday afternoon after a 350 mile drive from Aberdeen, South Dakota. After starting out in Chicagoland on Monday morning, we finally are here and will be here through Wednesday.

We enjoyed our time in Aberdeen, where my wife went to university. We hadn't been back there in 4 years. We stayed with her former classmates Chelvan and Kristen Arunasalam and their son D.J., who is just younger than our oldest child. We also got to attend a picnic of Aberdeen Alliance Church, where my wife attended at university.

It's good to not have a drive today. I need to prepare for a sharing/sermon at Bible Fellwwship Church tomorrow morning.

I'm glad for the itinerary that we've done during these first 15 days here . While we've missed seeing some people on the way, we've gotten to conncect with some others on a deeper level. All in all, the kids have done well.
