Lunch discussion about the future
Today we had lunch with Steve Thrall and Bernard Racicot (http://www.bernardracicot.ca), a French Canadian musician and visual artist. We bought his CD "Onézim," which is about the story of Philemon and his former slave and now brother in Christ Onesimus. I look forward to listening to this later this week.
Steve and I got to discuss arts ministry in Paris and what we would like to see happen, as well as the creation of an International Teams arts ministry team. One of my future projects is to draft a statement of how this team might work. Our organization calls these "TEmPs," or "Team Employment Plans."
It was good to have Becca helping with this meeting through serving and just being there. I hope to have other young people who who stay with us as part of meetings like this.
Lots of change is in the works these days. We definitely need God's direction on lots of the changes and potential changes.
