Raclette With Friends on a Cool March Night
One of our favorite company dishes is raclette. It originally came from the French Alps near Switzerland where raclette cheese is produced. We have a raclette machine on which you melt pieces of raclette cheese onto boiled potatoes, ham, pickes, and whatever else you desire. This is the 3rd raclette meal that we've had with friends in the last 3 weeks.
Linda graciously brought some goodies that we requested (peanut butter, teething tablets, bath crayons, and a kids book). We in turn gave her a stack of stamped postcards and letters to post in the U.S., which has much cheaper postage than here. This is another one of those hidden savings that some friends help us with.
Praise God for ministry partners like Linda and Barb, as well as churches like LaGrange Bible Church. We couldn't do what we do here without all that they do to help us.
