Au revoir mom & dad

. I dropped my parents at the airport this morning for their return flights back to Denver. They had to take an extra piece of luggage back, as we gave them at least 70 pounds of mail. Hopefully all 1,500 letters and Mission Radicale brochures will stir up additional intercession.

Stopped at IKEA on the way back. With our kids getting bigger and our apartment not getting larger, we need to maximize the space, especially with all their things. Fortunately, I hit some sales on display models of a a small dresser and a storage shelf.

It's weird not having them around the apartment tonight. I wonder how it is for our kids to get close to some people who visit us, then suddenly to not see them again. They have already had some many people come in and out of their young lives on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. Where will our kids consider home to be when they are older?

If you read this regularly, stay tuned next week for some potentially exciting news. If this is true, then you'll be among the first to know it, as we'll reveal it here first.
