Bye Becca, Thanks for a job well done
Today Becca flew back to Michigan.
It's strange not having her with us. She was a huge help to us for the month of March. She blended in so well with our family. She saw what needed to get done and consistently did it. She brought her peace and calmness into our home.
March was a very full month for us, with the Fonderie series and a number of family illnesses. God graciously provided Becca for us to help us get through the month. As our family grows larger, there is no way that we can do ministry or family life without much positive outside influence. Interdependance with others is compulsory.
When I got home this afternoon, I came across one of those mental photographic moments. My wife was sitting on the floor with both of our daughters on her lap. All 3 were sleeping. As I saw them, I thought, "I can't believe that I'm the father of 2 daughters." This is another gift from God to me.
